Bug #1

Well here is Bug #1 and it is not a good one.

Currently we are unable to access Electronic Reserve items. When clicking on a link with "Electronic Copy Available" as the Format the link simply times out.

I've let Innovative know and hopefully we'll have a quick resolution.

As a followup this situation only occurs in 2 specific situations:

1. there are 2 or more item records attached to a bib on reserve that has Media attached to the bib

2. there are 2 or more Media files attached to a bib.

We've been working with schools to workaround this problem by removing item records and media files.
